Ericsson contracts Technology Associates to undertake SUN Solaris server installations at their projects in Lusaka, Zambia and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

In appreciation of the group’s technical competency and professional approach to projects, our initial interactions with Ericsson who build and support the region’s largest Cellular and Fixed line networks, realized in a long and rewarding partnership. Ericsson’s Tanzania offices regularly interacted with Technology Associates Tanzania at IT projects in Mobitel, Tanzania Telecom and Celtel.

On a regular basis, most of their telecommunication projects require medium to large-scale deployment of IT infrastructure from Risc Unix servers to Wintel hardware.
A year ago, HP Services, Africa had contracted the group head office in Nairobi to undertake an OpenVMS installation on a high-end HP Alpha server at Celtel Congo, a project that was successfully accomplished in Kinshasa.

Ericsson contracted Technology Associates to undertake SUN Solaris server installations at their projects in Lusaka, Zambia and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. The projects involved the supply and implementation of Sun Fire Servers and Sun Blade Workstations.
